The Vision:
As a prolific and successful speaker in his field for over 20 years, Tiamo was looking to reconcile all his expertise and experience in different facets of the music industry. Throughout the years as he branched out in different segments within his field, all his proficiency became scattered across multiple domains and platforms as well as dated… as soon as one segment was created the next one was left behind and revised just, if and when needed. This left him with quite a few different websites that all pointed in the same direction but that ended up representing different pathways and journeys in the process.
The Legacy:
Together we came up with a plan and strategy to reflect all those years of experience as a speaker and educator focusing clearly on the path he is tracing as a leader in his industry. We brought every segment he developed over the years into a single, cohesive presence, with a clear line to the direction he is focused on today. Through hosting courses and digital products in his membership site and positioning him as a leader in his field on his main website we were able to cater to a brand new audience while maintaining the support of his long term students and followers.

Before the VIP day format, there was a lot of back and forth communication which took a good amount of time. There were many moving parts, and sometimes I would lose track of tasks and what Raine needed from me. I would also forget certain elements and things would fall through the cracks on my end. I also felt overwhelmed at times, even though Raine was doing most of the work.
I loved the feeling of just getting everything done in one day, not having gaps of time in between sessions, and things felt very organized, tight, and really productive. Not only did this free up my time and stress, but I was able to launch my course much sooner than normal. I was peaceful and relaxed well before launching my course, which was a first!
It helped me to feel ready, and my team loved that everything was in place and they didn’t have to tie up loose ends because Raine had already tested everything before the VIP day ended.
